What is Shelly Dimmer 2?

Dimming without a neutral line

Shelly Dimmer 2 is designed to support all types of electrical installations worldwide. It enables dimming functionality even in homes where the neutral wire is absent, offering full control over halogen lights, dimmable LEDs, and ferromagnetic transformers.

Note: When using Shelly Dimmer 2 without a neutral wire, at least 20 W @ 240 VAC of connected load is required for proper operation. If your light fixture consumes less than 20 W, use the Shelly Bypass module to ensure reliable performance.
